I have chosen to support people as they navigate this crazy thing called life because, put simply: I can relate.

As a fellow human, I know how overwhelming, confusing, and painful the journey can be at times. As a neurodivergent and queer person, finding belonging — within myself and with others — has always been a challenge.

I’ve witnessed time and time again how therapy can create profound changes in people’s lives, as it has in my own. I consider it a great privilege to join my clients as they find more healing and self-love.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington (#LH61097105) and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona (#LPC-24469).

I earned my BA in Psychology from Western Washington University in 2012 and my MAEd in Counseling at the CACREP-accredited program at Seattle University in 2016. I have been in practice since 2016.

I continue my growth as a therapist by regularly attending trainings on current research and issues for my client population, consulting with colleagues, and reading up on my favorite topics of interest.

I practice what I preach: self-care! Creating balance in my own life allows me to be more present and whole-hearted with my clients.

I find my balance through things like reading, writing, practicing yoga, taking dance classes, seeing live music, walking my rescue dog (Mia), rewatching my favorite shows, and spending time with my close friends and family.

I love being out in nature with things like hiking and sight-seeing, especially near any body of water. You can also catch me sampling a new restaurant (preferably Mexican food) or a local coffee shop.
