  • My hourly rate for a 50-minute/one hour session is $185.

    Sometimes (such as for family sessions or in special circumstances), I offer 90-minute or 2-hour sessions, which is billed appropriately according to my hourly rate.

  • I do not bill insurance directly, so am considered “out-of-network”. I do provide monthly receipts (“superbills”) that you can send in to your insurance company for potential reimbursement of your out-of-pocket expenses. You’ll want to check with your insurance about your specific plan.

  • It’s important to me to have some weekly and bi-weekly offerings for sliding scale appointments. However, these spots are often all filled. Please inquire about sliding scale options if you need accessing therapy to be more affordable. I can let you know if there are any sliding scale openings when you inquire.

  • While I have offered in-person sessions in the past, all of my sessions are virtual through a secure telehealth platform at this time. I’ve met with clients while they are in many environments: their rooms, offices, dorms, cars, on a walk, etc.; wherever you can find privacy and feel comfortable is best.

  • It’s typical and most effective to start out on a weekly cadence. Some clients prefer to stay at this frequency, while some may choose to eventually move to a bi-weekly rotation.

  • Yes, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington, and my license number is LH61097105. I gained associate-level licensure (LMHCA) upon completing graduate school in 2016, and gained full licensure status (LMHC) in 2020.

  • Yes, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona, and my license number is LPC-24469. I am originally from Washington state, which is where I completed schooling and gained licensure in 2016. I moved to Arizona in 2024 and completed LCP licensure in 2025.
